  3. Prepare 6 Medium sized Potatoes
  4. Take 1 stick butter
  5. Get 14 cup worcestershire sauce
  6. Make ready 3 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions to make Dad's Beef and Potato Goulash:
  1. Sautee onion and beef in a large stock pan with one tablespoon of the butter
  2. Peel and chop potatoes into one inch squares.
  3. When beef and onion are done cooking, add potatoes to the pot.
  4. Add just enough water to cover potatoes -push them further down in the pan if needed so you know how much you need to add. Don't add too much water as you don't want it to be soupy.
  5. Chop remaining butter into small pats. Add to pot and stir
