- Wash the mince and ensure it is dry then in a food processor add all the ingredients and ensure they are grind well. Place this in the fridge for 1 hour.
- After an hour make small meat balls and thread meatballs and all capsicum, onion, tomatoes or any of your favourite veg to the skewers. - - Preheat a barbecue or griddle pan until very hot.
