Instructions to make Vegetarian tuna salad:
  1. Drain the can of jackfruit and rinse. Let sit for a couple minutes to dry out just a bit
  2. Slice the olives, chop the onions and celery.
  3. In a bowl shred the jackfruit to desired size add onion, celery, olives, mayo, salt and pepper.
  4. Enjoy!
  5. To make vegan just substitute veganaise for the mayo.
