- Take 2 pcs Ebi Tempura
- Make ready 1 pc avocado
- Prepare 1 pc Japanese cucumber
- Take 1 pack tobiko
- Prepare 100 gr white rice
- Prepare 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Make ready 1 tbsp spicy sauce
- Prepare 1⁄2 sheet dried nori
- Get Sushi sauce (optional)
- Take Sushinoko powder (for the rice)
Repeat with remaining nori, rice, crabmeat, cucumber, avocado, and unagi to make a second roll. An American invention, the Dragon Roll is an inside-out roll with a center of eel (and sometimes, cucumber). Sliced avocado is applied to the surface, to resemble the scales of a dragon (or more eel can be the topper). In the photo at right, the sushi chef has used a slice of eel and carrots to create the head of a dragon.

- First, mix sushinoko powder with cooked rice. Leave it for about 5 mins.
- Pour the rice on the dried nori, spread it with your hands (you need to wash your hands beforehand).
- Put ebi tempura, cucumber, and a little bit of tobiko on the edge of dried nori. You can start to roll the sushi and shape it.
- Peel half of avocado, then cut into slices. After that, put on the top of the rice. I used plastic wrap before I cut it, so it won’t be messy. You can try to roll with the bamboo mat to keep the shape.
- Then, you can start to cut into 6 pieces. I suggest to wash the knife after each cuts, so it won’t be sticky.
- Last, mix mayonnaise with spicy sauce and the rest of tobiko. Then you can decorate on the top of sushi. Yummmmmmm
