  1. Peel off potatoes. In a pot with salted water, cook potatoes. Let they cool.
  2. Mash potatoes.
  3. Add chopped onion, parsley and spices. Combine all together very well
  4. Heat the oil in the pan, take small portion of potato mixture and give a round or flat shape.
  5. Fry in the pan 3-4 minutes, flip over and fry other side as well.
