Steps to make Potato cakes:
  1. All ingredients ready. Add oil, salt, flour and parsley and mash together till it doesn't stick.
  2. Heat a sauce pan, add a little oil, fry the French beans and zucchini for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add salt and butter/cheese.
  3. Roll out your dough and cut to desired shape (used a cup for these). Fill the pieces and ensure to leave others for covering.
  4. When ready, heat up the pan, lace it with oil. Put the pre cooked cakes and cover. Let cook for about 5 minutes then flip the other side and cook. When cooked and browned, remove and serve with sauce of choice or cold sodaπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
