  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round pans. (The batter fills a 9*13' pan perfectly). I normally use parchment paper to cover my base. Parchment paper helps avoid any accidents and helps me get the cake out of the pan clean.
  2. Mix two teaspoons of instant coffee to 1 cup water.(this is if you do not have fresh brewed coffee in hand)
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the eggs, coffee, milk, oil and vinegar. Mix until smooth; I mixed it till i incorporated some air bubbles into the mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool. Mine took only 30 minutes. Wait for the cake to cool completely before you take the cake out of the pan.
